1. One who serves his Master.
2. One who has no freedom of his own.
3. One who his subject to his master.
4. One who works, eats, and does without any complain.
5. One who submits totally to his Master.
6. One who hoes where people don’t want to go.
7. One who works when people don’t want to work.
8. One who is not to rule over other people, but to serve.
9. One who is willing to lay aside of the privileges of rank and position (John 13 : 4).
10. One who is willing to sacrifice his rights and serve others.
11. One who accepts with the conviction that, to be in God’s Kingdom, one must learn to be servant of all.
12. One who accepts that, serving is not a burden as forced labour, but a privilege and honorable job, and therefore joyfully agrees with the motto of the college “We Serve.” |

1. The college will emphasize with the understanding that, the crown and glory of life is character.
2. We will not be so much concerned with the expression of knowledge, but concerned more with the expression of life – that is to mould life into Christ-like character.
3. To produce disciples of Jesus as salt of the earth and light of the world (Matt 5 : 13, 14).
4.To produce nameless prophets (John 1: 23). We are not interested in worldly recognitions, popularity, paper degrees and flattering titles (Job 32: 21-22), but interested in exemplary day to day practical life.
5. To produce mission-minded, evangelistic, servants of God to witness to the world under the authority of the scripture and personal testimony.
6. To produce Spirit-filled servants who not only know the truth, but who are able to demonstrate the truth in the power of the resurrected life of Jesus Christ.
7. To address the contemporary world with academic scholarship committed to servanthood.
8. To produce servants who are willing to live the life of the cross, willing to suffer shame and hardship, persecutions, and to learn to live life as simple as possible, and to fall to the ground and die, the guaranteed way of fruitfulness (John 12:14). |
